 U/15 Red Annual Report
The Under 15 team enjoyed a successful season during which they won all but 3 competition games, finishing 2nd on the competition ladder. The team went on to win their Championship semi-final, securing a place in the Championship final. Unfortunately the final was abandoned due to rain and given that the team had finished the season below the other finalist, the Gordon team were declared runners up.
While secondary school sporting commitments at times impacted on availability, all the boys made important contributions at various times during the season.
As in previous years, the aim of the team has been to provide an opportunity for everyone to contribute and experience the benefits of working together as a “team”. This has meant putting participation above results – an approach that has been possible due to the attitude of the boys and the support of parents.
My congratulations and thanks to the boys and parents who have all contributed to an enjoyable and successful season - in particular to Michael Dagg, Chris McWilliam and Richard Stobo.
