 ECHO HILL VINEYARD
Echo Hill Hunter Valley Vineyard is nestled at the base of the mountain range forming the Yengo National Park in the township of Broke. The rare rich soils found here are historically famous for the high quality of the fruit grown in the region. The vineyard produces hand picked, premium quality Chardonnay, Shiraz and Merlot which are crafted into small quantities of wine in French oak by last years Young Australian winemaker of the year finalist Nick Patterson.
The vineyard is owned and operated by Steve Day and his wife Sarah.
Steve is a former Gordon First Grade captain and was captain of the 1989/90 Premiership winning team. |
