TRAINING SESSIONS

Training sessions during the season are conducted at the practice nets at Chatswood Oval on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. A First and Second grade squad also practices on Wednesdays.

Pre-season training for the 2008-09 season is being held at Narrabeen AIS and the schedule for for the 2008-09 pre-season can be found below:
