PLAYER MEMBERSHIP
Running a club is no different to that of managing a business.
Player's subscriptions and Associate membership represent major revenue sources which are necessary for the Club to operate efficiently and effectively. Subscriptions help pay for player clothing, cricket balls, ground hire charges, covers, drinks, practice nets, coaching etc - ALL THINGS THAT BENEFIT YOU AS A PLAYER. It is incumbent on every player to honour his financial obligation at the outset of each season.
Subscriptions for 2008-09 are as follows:
- Seniors (if paid in full by 31 Oct, 2008) $480.00, after 31 Oct, 2008 $540
- Full-time University/College Students (if paid in full by 31 Oct, 2008) $380.00, after 31 Oct, 2008 $440
- School Students (if paid in full by 31 Oct, 2008) $330.00, after 31 Oct, 2008 $390
- Associate (non-playing) membership $75

The player may also be progressively dropped in grade until the subscription is paid. A player who has genuine financial difficulties may make arrangements to pay his subscription in three equal, successive monthly installments; If any of these installments are not paid by its due date, the player may also be progressively dropped in grade until the installments are brought up to date. Arrangements for the payment of subscriptions by installments must be made with the Treasurer prior to the due date.
Once any overdue subscription is paid, or any overdue installment is brought up to date, a player who has been dropped will again be eligible for selection in any grade for which his form justifies selection.
The Treasurer will keep the Chairman of Selectors informed of the status of each player's subscription.
If a player has not paid his subscription he will be added to the NSWCA Defaulters List.
If a player has not paid his subscription by October 31st the player will be added to the NSWCA defaulters list.

Payment options:
There are many options to pay fees and they are outlined below:
- Electronic Transfer by 'payer' from 'payer's' account for deposit to the GDCC account Westpac Chatswood. Account details - BSB : 032090, Account No. : 411845, Description “(name) sub”.
- Direct deposit at any Westpac Branch to the account of 'Gordon District Cricket Club Inc' (located at Victoria Ave Chatswood), Account Details - as above;
- Cheque posted to the address given below;
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard), provide details on the GDCC subs form & post to the address given below (American Express NOT ACCEPTED);
- Cash handed to the treasurer along with the subs form.
